Coronavirus is Creating a World Starvation Crisis

Four U.N. agencies have issued a warning that the coronavirus pandemic is creating a starvation crisis that will take an especially heavy toll on children. By the end of the year, more than 270 million could be hungry. The crisis is not sparing the U.S. More than 10% of Americans say they are “food scarce” right now, according to new census data.
