Swimming With Otters Is Making a Splash With Make-A-Wish Kids at California's Nurtured by Nature Wildlife Center

The California non-profit Nurtured by Nature is not only making a difference for the animals in its care but also for young Make-A-Wish recipients, like Reagan McBride.
