NBCLX is taking flight on Peacock.
U.S. audiences can now watch NBCLX’s news, lifestyle, entertainment and esports programming on Peacock, NBCUniversal’s new streaming service.
NBCLX, which made its debut for U.S. audiences as a digital news brand in September 2019, is NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations’ TV and OTT network designed for adults 18 to 45.
"We are thrilled to partner with Peacock and bring the NBCLX brand of storytelling and innovation to the millions of viewers on the platform," said Matt Goldberg, Vice President, Content Strategy for NBCLX.
With hosts Jobeth Devera, Ashley Holt, Tabitha Lipkin and Nik Z, NBCLX debuted as a linear/streaming network on June 1, 2020 with the launch of “LX News,” a live news program across streaming, mobile, linear TV and cable platforms.
NBCLX’s innovative storytelling approach to news is personal and empowers audiences to take part in the conversation. The network delivers more than 20 hours of local news and original programming each week through “LX News” and features fan-favorite shows "1st Look," "George To The Rescue" and "Open House," as well as programming from various content partners including eSports.
While NBCLX’s audience is national, its approach to storytelling is local – connecting people to communities and to each other. NBCLX takes big picture issues and explains how they impact each one of us – connecting the dots between your community and the world.
