Jurors Will Decide on Death Penalty for Parkland Shooter

A judge and attorneys in a Florida courtroom are questioning prospective jurors for the sentencing trial of Nikolas Cruz, who pleaded guilty to killing 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida in 2018. The 12-member jury will have to be unanimous in order for the death penalty to be enforced. Criminal defense attorney Joseph Tully explains.
