Author Says ‘Lone Wolves' Like Colorado Shooter Are More Dangerous Than Terrorist Groups

Some terrorist groups could be concerned about crackdowns or retaliation when planning attacks. But for mass killers who act alone, "there's no constraints on their level of violence" says Jeffrey Simon, a UCLA terrorism expert and author of a book on lone wolf attacks.
