Tuvalu, an island of about 12,000 people in the South Pacific, is preparing for a future without land as rising sea levels threaten the nation. Spots that were dry land a decade ago are now submerged - including a spot where Simon Kofe, Minister for Justice, held a press conference to show how high the water goes.
